1. ACETYLCHOLINE (ACh) :

You can get dopamine in all proteins (meat, milk products, fish, beans, nuts, and soy products). Eat 3 - 4 ounces of protein each day will help you to feel energized, more alert, and more assertive.
3. SEROTONIN (5-HT) :
Usually inhibits and involved in arousal and sleep, mood, appetite, and sensitivity. Having active serotonin can help people to avoid clinical depression. Serotonin can be found in carbohydrate based foods, such as pasta, starchy vegetables, potatoes, cereals, and breads.
