Never Do This After Eating

There are some simple things that we did it right after eating. Somehow, we did not realized that what we did will distract the metabolism progress in out body. And if we keep on doing it, sooner or later, it will become a "silent killer" that can kill us. Avoid below habits, and it will safe your life and make your life healthier :

1. Eat Fruits :
It might be refreshing to eat fruits as dessert right after eating. Correct? Eeeekkkk... wrong....!!!Once the food entering our stomach, it needs at least 1 - 2 hours to digest.. But if we are eating fruits in the middle of digesting process, it will block the process (not make it easier as we thought, even fruits content lots of fiber). The digesting process will be longer and it will create more gas inside stomach that can resulting fart and diarrhea.

2. Drinking Tea :
Some people believe, drinking tea right after eating (especially oily and high cholesterol foods) can swipe the fat. Again.... you are wrong....!!! Tea contents tanin (tanat acid) that turn protein into sediment and make our body very difficult to absorb it. It also hold the absorption of zinc and will resulting anemia.

3. Smoking :
Sure thing that smoking after eating is a very dangerous act that we should avoid (even it make us feel very nice) . After eating, every part of our stomach is working, including kidney and heart. Smoke will make the blood circulation volume drop and will make kidney and heart must work harder to pump the blood and let the food can be digested. If this work continue in long time, our kidney and heart will suffer and collaps.

4. Taking a bath :
NEVER taking a bath right after eating, because after eating, all part of our stomach is working hard to digest. The result of their hard work is our body become hot. Water will turn our body cool (imagine spilling water unto a very hot steal....), and will ccompletely damaging the digestion progress. By the end, we will suffer in digestion problem. And if it's keep continuing, we can get sudden death caused by heart failure.

How Many Johns Do You Know?

Let's play some brain-storming & see how far your bible-knowledge : How many Johns in the bible?

Ok... got the answer? How many? Two? Three?

WRONG!!

The correct answer is : FOUR!!!

HOW COME?

Ok.... let's count together :

1. JOHN THE BAPTIST : He also known as Yohanoan (in Aram language). He is the one who babtist Jesus Christ in Jordanian River. Herodes Antipas cut his head.

2. JOHN THE APOSTLE : He is one of the 12 Apostles, the diciples of Christ. He also known as John, the Son of Zebedee, brother of Saint James the Great.

3. JOHN THE PRESBYTER : Even he's been known as John, but actually he was (or should I say : THEM WERE) not John. They actually Polycarpus and Papias. Who are they? Well... Bible did not mentioned their name, but they were known as the pupil of John the Apostle. They learned about the idea of salvation and they wrote them out based on what they heard from John. Polycarpus wrote the bible of 1John and John. Meanwhile Papias wrote the bible of 2John and 3john.

4. JOHN OF PATMOS : Who is he? Until today, no one is abling to confirm who is he. He's been known as the person who wrote the bible of Revelation. Using the very odd and strange description in very bizzare Greek language. A lot of people think he is crazy, but some people also think that he wrote a lot of certain thing about premonition, and things that's going to be happened not long from now. Strange deceises, war, strange religions,... everything happens. Is he a true the disciple of Jesus that able to see things from future? Or he is a crazy person? Nobody can prove it till now.

Everything About Batik

October 2, 2009 will be remembered by all Indonesia people as Batik's Day because today, UNESCO designated Batik as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. Are We Going Doomed in 2012?

There is nothing in the world that able to worried people so much than the prediction of the end of our world in December 21st, 2012. You heard and read the prediction. This idea has been disseminated by numerous books, internet sites, and tv documentaries.

The forecast is based on primarily on what is claimed to be the end-date of the Mesoamerican Long Count Calender - also called Mayan Calender - which is presented as lasting 5,125 years and as terminating on December 21, 2012 along with interpretations of assorted legends, scriptures, numerological construction, and prophecies.

The calender was constructed by Mayans - an advanced civilization - around 250 - 900 AD. The Mayan are probably most famous for their pyramids and other intricate and grand buildings. They had a huge impact on Central American culture. They actually used many different calendars and viewed time as a meshing of spiritual cycles. Most of their calenders were short. The Tzolk'in calender, for example, which only lasted 260 days.

Using an innovative method, the Mayan were able to expand on the long count calender which lasting 5126 years. Their base year starts at "0.0.0.0.0". Each zero goes fro 0 - 19 and each represent a tally of Mayan days. For examples, the first day in Long Count is denoted as 0.0.0.0.1. On the 19th day, we'll have 0.0.0.0.19, and then on the 20th day it goes up to one level as 0.0.0.1.0. The long count calender will ended after it reached 13.0.0.0.0 (about 5126 years), in which the date is December 21st, 2012.

People start to think up the most extreme possibilities. And one of them is the end of our civilization. Several popular ideas of how our world ended are focus on Planet X, meteorite impacts, black holes, killer solar flares, Gamma Ray Burst, global dimming, geomagnetic reversal, a rapid ice age, and many more. But none of them have been confirm will happen. Yet.

Will our world will ended in 2012? Still three years to go, and there is no anything we can do about it. My only suggestions : live better, respect others, respect yourself, keep your faith, and pray a lot. We all need it.
